Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Jennifer Meyer jewelry, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn, non-customized pieces within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all personalized items and final sale selections are ineligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the eligible jewelry items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Prepaid Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided; a return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

• 3.
  Secure the Package

  Place your jewelry in its original designer packaging and transit box to ensure the delicate gold and gemstones are protected during shipment.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to an authorized UPS location and keep your tracking receipt; refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at our studio.
